2026-2027 Undergraduate Catalog
Students are admitted with their "Major", "Minor", or "Certificate" of interest noted for advising purposes. All students are required to have an official major and faculty mentor on file with the Registrar’s Office by the time they have a total of 45 credits earned.
To declare or change a "Major", "Minor", or "Certificate", students must contact their assigned professional advisor. The student’s assigned professional advisor and contact information is available in the student’s SIS (Student Information System) account.
Some majors require additional entrance requirements or addition of an area of emphasis, thus a student must complete the program admit process requirements. These students will be added as Pre-Majors to their area of study. A "Major", "Minor", or "Certificate" is not fully valid until the student is also assigned a faculty mentor. Students are encouraged to discuss their major(s) with faculty representatives as early as possible in their undergraduate career.
