Artificial intelligence is transforming how individuals learn, how organizations operate, and how society makes decisions. As a business school embedded in a regional comprehensive institution and serving approximately 1,600 undergraduate and graduate learners, the CSB has both an opportunity and a responsibility to leverage AI to enhance learning, improve operational effectiveness, and support regional workforce development.

Given the rapid pace of AI evolution, this plan establishes a directional, flexible framework rather than fixed timelines. The CSB will adapt and iterate regularly, guided by principles of ethical use, innovation, cost-effectiveness, and educational excellence. In general these activities fall within the Future Readying the CSB Strategic Initiative of the Agility and Excellence Strategic Phase in the CSB Strategic Plan.
