MUSIC 123. Introduction to DJ Techniques. 3 Credits.
This course covers the skills needed to start DJ'ing on the Serato software platform, including basic equipment setup and signal flow, using hardware turntable controllers, identifying song attributes such as meter and BPM, counting bars, handling song transitions, scratching, and how to build a DJ set.
