ENV SCI 280. Quantitative Methods 1. 4 Credits.

This course introduces students in environmental science to quantitative data analysis using MS Excel as the primary platform, supported by R Studio for selected applications. Students will learn to manage data, perform calculations, visualize results, analyze data and make informed conclusions. Students will develop practical proficiency in MS Excel as the primary tool for data organization, analysis, and presentation.
P: Math 101 or higher with at least a C grade.
Fall and Spring.
