This course provides an in-depth examination of the hospitality and tourism industry, focusing on key management concepts, practices, and emerging trends. Students will explore major sectors of the industry, including lodging, food and beverage, travel, events, and attractions. Through applied case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world examples, students will analyze the challenges and managerial opportunities that shape today’s hospitality and tourism landscape.
