The Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Organizational Leadership is primarily an online bachelor's degree program designed to promote an interdisciplinary education providing a strong foundation of leadership skills with a focus on communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.  Although the degree can be completed fully online, Organizational Leadership students are able to take courses on campus if desired.
