This chamber ensemble is open to all university students by audition. It performs music composed since 1945. A variety of styles are explores which include avant garde, graphic, serial, neoclassic, minimalist, and new-romantic.

The UW-Green Bay Phoenix Band performs at UWGB basketball home games. Membership is open to anyone who plays a band instrument. Wind Symphony: The UW Green Bay Wind Symphony is the Premier concert band of the University. Repertoire is highly challenging, and emphasizes great individual responsibility for part preparation. Members are expected to do a good deal of practice outside of rehearsals. Membership in the Wind Symphony is by audition only. Qualified students from all majors are encouraged to audition. Symphonic Band: The Symphonic Band is comprised of a diverse population of students, including music and non-music majors. The band performs high quality and entertaining literature, emphasizing musical growth, and comprehensive understanding of musical issues. Auditions are optional.

Wind Symphony: The UW Green Bay Wind Symphony is the Premier concert band of the University. Repertoire is highly challenging, and emphasizes great individual responsibility for part preparation. Members are expected to do a good deal of practice outside of rehearsals. Membership in the Wind Symphony is by audition only. Qualified students from all majors are encouraged to audition. Symphonic Band: The Symphonic Band is comprised of a diverse population of students, including music and non-music majors.
